Product content for SaaS companies

Creator Fleet runs the product content system for SaaS companies. Releases, features and use cases become short demonstrations, clips and posts every week, produced from your product rather than from stock footage, and nobody on your engineering team has to film anything.

  1. Why is software so hard to post about?
  2. What do you produce from a release?
  3. Can you run the whole channel, not just the clips?

Software companies ship constantly and tell almost nobody. The changelog gets an entry, the release notes get a paragraph, and the feature that took a quarter to build is announced to an audience of people who already pay you. Meanwhile the competitor with worse software posts three times a week and wins the comparison.

Why is software so hard to post about?

Because the product lives on a screen, and a screen recording without direction is the least watchable thing on any feed.

The other problem is language. The team describes what was built; the market cares what became possible, and those are almost never the same sentence. Turning one into the other is a writing job, and it is the reason so much software marketing reads as a specification rather than a reason to switch.

What do you produce from a release?

A short demonstration cut to the moment the value appears, a set of clips for the feeds, the written posts, and the use case version for the audience that will not watch anything.

We work from your product, your documentation and a short call, not from your engineers’ calendars. Consumer apps take the same pipeline in a different shape, which is growth content for mobile apps, and games use community content for gaming brands. The service page is content production.

Can you run the whole channel, not just the clips?

Yes. Most software companies start with production and hand over the posting and the replies within a couple of months, once the turnaround has proved itself.

At that point it is ordinary social media management with a product content engine underneath. We never buy followers, likes or views, which matters more in this category than most, because your buyers are technical people who check whether an audience is real before they trust a vendor with their data. A bought comment section costs more credibility than a quiet page ever does.
