What does the form collect?

The enquiry form collects your name, your email address, what you told us about the brand, and the page the enquiry was sent from. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is taken from your browser.

You do not have to name the business on the form. Owners who want discretion can say so and give the detail on the call instead.

Will my business appear anywhere?

No. Client names and verticals are never published, there is no logo wall on this website and there never will be, and nothing about your brand is used as an example anywhere else.

The work is reported to you and nowhere else. A reference is only ever given if you ask for one in writing, and it is refused by default.

What do you handle while running a brand?

Access to the accounts you give us, the content we produce for you, the analytics those platforms report, and anything you send us as raw material. All of it is used to run and report on your pages and for nothing else.

Where is it stored?

It is stored in our own systems, run by us for this service alone. It is not in a shared system with another business, and it is never passed to an advertising network or a data broker.

Who sees it?

The owner, and nobody else. A copy of each enquiry is carried over Telegram to the owner’s phone, so a real person reads it and replies, and no one outside this business reads it.

What about the people who follow or message my pages?

Their data belongs to the platform and to you, not to us. We see direct messages and comments because running a page means answering them, and we use what we see to do that and nothing more.

Where an inbox sales agent is part of the engagement, the conversations it handles stay inside your own accounts. We do not copy your audience into a list of our own, and we never sell or share it.

What emails will you send me?

A reply to your enquiry, the free proposal, and the reporting your engagement includes. If you ticked the consent box we may also email you occasionally about what we are building and about platform changes worth knowing, and every one of those carries an unsubscribe link that works on one click.

We keep the date and the wording of the box you ticked, so we can always show what you agreed to.

Do you use cookies or tracking?

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this website.

How long do you keep it?

An enquiry is kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Work files for a brand are kept for 12 months after the engagement ends so the account can be picked back up, and financial records are kept for as long as the law on business records requires.

What happens to access when the work ends?

Access to every account is handed back or closed at your instruction, and we confirm in writing when it is done. We keep nothing that lets us post as you afterwards.

How do I ask you to delete it?

Email hello@creatorfleet.com and say you want your details removed. You do not have to give a reason.

We delete the record, tell you plainly what a records law makes us keep, and reply to confirm when it is done.

Where are your company details?

The company registration number and the postal address are not printed here yet, because they follow registration. When that is done they are added to this page and the change is dated, rather than a placeholder being shown in the meantime.

What if this page changes?

If we change what we collect or where it is stored, we update this page and date the change. This page was last updated on 2026-09-23.
