Listing content for estate agencies

Creator Fleet runs the listing content system for real estate agencies. Every new instruction becomes a walkthrough video, a set of stills and the captions to go with them within days of going live, produced to one house style across every agent in the office.

  3. Does every agent have to post?

An estate agency produces more raw content than almost any other local business and publishes almost none of it. Every instruction is a property shoot that already happened. The photographs exist, the floor plan exists, and then it all goes to the portal and nowhere else.

Why is a portal listing not enough?

Because the portal only reaches people already searching, and the buyer who moves fastest is usually the one who saw the property before they were looking.

Social distribution reaches that person, and it reaches the next vendor at the same time. An agency whose listings appear as watchable video builds a reputation with sellers, which is the side of the business that actually pays. The portal cannot do that for you, because everybody is on the same portal.

What gets produced per instruction?

A vertical walkthrough, a set of cut down clips, the stills selected and captioned, and the copy written for each network, ready within days of the listing going live.

Sold posts, price change posts and open house announcements come from the same pipeline. Agents send what they already shoot; nobody is asked to become a video editor between viewings. Developers running phased releases use the launch structure in launch content for course sellers, applied to units instead of cohorts, and companies selling software take the same line as product content for SaaS companies.

Does every agent have to post?

No. The office posts, to one standard, and individual agents can carry their own page on top if they want one.

That solves the usual problem, which is three agents posting beautifully and eleven posting nothing. If you want the principal to sign off everything before it publishes, that setting exists. The production method is on content production and the volume bands are on pricing.
