How your pages get run every week

Five steps: you send the pages and the product, we write a free proposal and a content plan, you give access, we make and schedule the posts on Content OS, and you approve the first week before anything goes out on your pages.

  4. What happens in the first week?
  5. What happens every week after that?

What are the five steps?

Five, and only two of them need you. Everything between the proposal and the posting is ours.

  1. Tell us the brand. You send the pages you already have, what you sell and which platforms matter. Owners who need discretion say so here and nothing is written down about the brand until they ask.
  2. You get a free proposal and a plan. We read the pages, the product and the industry, then send a proposal with the package, the price and a content plan for the first month. Nothing is signed before you have read it.
  3. You give access. You add us to the pages you already own, or we open the new ones in your name. The accounts stay yours and the access can be pulled back by you at any time.
  4. We make the content and schedule it. Captions, short video, photo sets and user generated content are produced for your brand and loaded into Content OS, the group’s own posting platform, live since September 2026.
  5. You approve, then it runs. The first week is sent to you for approval before a single post goes out. After that the calendar runs on the agreed schedule and you approve only what you asked to approve.

Who does what?

We do the making, the posting and the replying; you do the approving. Nothing reaches your audience that you asked to see first.

What do you need from me to start?

The brand, the product and the platforms you care about. If you have nothing filmed and nothing written, that is the normal starting point and it changes nothing about the plan.

The one thing worth sending early is anything you already own: old photos, product shots, a logo, a voice you want kept. It shortens the first week. If you have none of it, the whole output is made from scratch, which is what content made for your brand covers in full.

What happens in the first week?

You see the calendar before it goes live. The first week of posts arrives as a batch, you say which ones run, and the rest of the month follows the same shape.

That first batch is also where the voice gets fixed. Most owners send back two or three notes and never send another. The day to day running after that is social media management, and if your business sells in the direct messages, the inbox sales agent picks up every reply the posts create.

What happens every week after that?

The calendar runs, the inbox gets answered, and you get a report of what went out and what it did. Nothing about your brand is published anywhere by us.

New claims, a new platform, a new product or a change in what the brand says about itself come back to you as a decision. Everything else runs. The packages and the price are on pricing, the personas we build and run are on AI influencers, the awkward questions are on the FAQ, and the whole offer sits on the home page. When you want the proposal, ask for one.

Can I approve posts before they go out?

Yes. The first week is always sent for approval before anything publishes, and after that you choose between approving every post, approving weekly, or letting the calendar run on its own.

How many posts do we get each day?

From one post a day up to ten posts a day, depending on the package you choose. That number is also what decides where your brand sits inside the monthly price range.

Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do, in both cases. We work inside access you granted and can pull back at any time, whether the pages existed before us or were opened in your name.

What we do not do

  • We never buy followers, likes, views or comments, and we never use a service that does. Every number on your pages is earned by the posts.
  • We never promise a follower count, a view count or a revenue figure. No agency controls what a platform decides to show.
  • We never operate an account we have not been given access to, and we never open an account in the name of a real person who did not ask for it.
